Patient medical information in all forms is crucial to keep private and secure, particularly when data communication occurs through insecure channels. Therefore, there a bad need for protecting securing the color images against impostors invaders. In this paper, an optical image security approach introduced. It based on bit-plane Jigsaw Transform (JT) Fractional Fourier (FFT). Different kernels with lone lens single arbitrary phase code are exploited approach. A preceding scrambling process conducted input prior JT FFT processes accomplish tremendous level of robustness security. To confirm efficiency suggested secure communication, various assessments different examined statistical metrics. Furthermore, comparative analysis introduced between other conventional cryptography protocols. The simulation outcomes acquired performance assessment demonstrate that highly secure. has excellent encryption/decryption superior results compared approaches achieving recommended values average entropy correlation coefficient 7.63 0.0103 encrypted images.
